Ownership of Deliverables

Ownership of deliverables such as websites, ad accounts, and content will be specified in individual client agreements.

No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing results, including search rankings, traffic, and lead volume, depend on multiple factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes.

Confidentiality

We treat client information and business data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver agreed services or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Expanse DigiTech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual client engagement.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
